• Order your beautiful flowers by January 19th, 2025! (Pictures on the order form page give you a general idea of the blooms available.)
• Flowers are expected to be delivered on May 23rd, 2025. Perfect for adding a touch of color to your summer!
• Support our Youth: Every contribution, big or small, will directly benefit the Oak Park Church of Christ Youth.

Payment Information:

• You can choose one of the following options for payment:
  • E-transfer: Payment can be made to [email protected]. Please include your NAME and "PLANT FUNDRAISER" in the message notes.
  • Cheque: Make cheques out to "Oak Park Church of Christ" with "Plant Fundraiser" in the memo line. Cheques can be dropped off at Oak Park Church of Christ during business hours.
