Stampede Breakfast

Celebrate Stampede with us! We will have lots of pancakes, good music, fellowship, and community fun. Invite your friends and neighbours. We need lots of volunteers to make this event a success, so please sign up to volunteer! See the list below with all the options, and then click the "Register to Volunteer" button where you will fill out your desired team # and preferred shift. Volunteers are welcome to serve both shifts if they’d like, or even join different teams across multiple shifts depending on availability. Volunteers Roles/Shifts:  

Team 1: Kitchen Prep Team: mixing pancake batter, filling batter and syrup bottles, etc.
    • Shift 1: 7:30-10am, set up
    • Shift 2: 10am-12:30pm, clean up  
Team 2: Grill Team: Flipping pancakes and mixing batter/ filling batter bottles  
    • Shift 1: 7:30-10am, set up  
    • Shift 2: 10am-12:30pm, clean up  
Team 3: Food Transport Team: Taking food from kitchen to serving tables, keep plates, napkins and cutlery stocked
    • Shift 1: 8-10am
    • Shift 2: 10am-12:30pm  
Team 4: Food Serving Team: serving pancakes and sausages 
    • Shift 1: 8-10am
    • Shift 2: 10am-12pm  
Team 5: Table Hosts: chatting with guests, clearing and wiping tables (+ set up or clean up)
    • Shift 1: 7:30-10am, set up
    • Shift 2: 10am-12:30pm, clean up
Team 6: Children's Activities: Face Painting (simple patterns) (+ set up or clean up)
    • Shift 1: 8-10am, set up
    • Shift 2: 10am-12pm, clean up  
Team 7: Scavenger Hunt Game: Hand out sheets, receive completed sheets, hand out prizes  
    • Shift 1: 8:30-11:30am 
Team 8: Bouncy Castle: supervision (+ set up or clean up)  
    • Shift 1: 8-10am, set up  
    • Shift 2: 10am-12pm, clean up  
Team 9: Garbage: collect garbage and place them in the bins 
    • Shift: 9am-12:30pm 
Team 10: Church Info Booth Hosts: Provide info to people about the church, programs & how to get involved
    • Shift 1: 8-10am, set up
    • Shift 2: 10am-12, clean up
